This is a so-called "panhead" screw for the butterfly valve on a triple barrel Weber IDA 3C carburetor.

These screws have a so-called "pan" head which is more or less cylindrical and they come with a straight slot.

The total length is 10 mm.

The head diameter is 6.35 while it is 2.5 mm high, leaving 7.5mm of thread.

It measures 3.8 mm across the threads.

The head has a smooth bottom side to seat it flat on the shaft.

Please be aware that also screws with a countersunk head and these types are NOT interchangeable.

Please note that these screws require a good quality thread-locking agent to prevent them from coming loose.
