Facet Solid State FAST ROAD Fuel Pump Kit.
Using Facet's proven "CUBE Solid State" technology, the CUBE Solid State FAST ROAD fuel pump is suitable for engines of up to circa 150 HP.
Pump specification:
- Flow rate 32 Gallons/hour - 120 liters / hour
- Pressure: 4 - 7 PSI - 0.27 - 0.48 Bar
- Dry prime height 1 Ft - 0.3 Mtrs
- Pipe union thread size: 1/8" NPTF tapered thread
- 12 Volt negative earth
- Suitable for nearly all fuels, including modern ones, but NOT suited for Methanol
This kit includes:
- Pump
- 2 Mounting isolation feet
- 8 mm Outlet Union
- Screw-on inlet filter
- Installation instructions
Please note that failure to operate the pump without a suitable filter voids the warranty!

These kits are usually purchased to modify an existing system or to replace an existing mechanical fuel pump.
In case you just want to replace a broken pump of this same type, we advise you to take a look at our Facet CUBE Solid State FAST ROAD Fuel Pump - pump only.
Depending on your vehicle's carburetors and the Facet CUBE pump of your choice, it might be required to use a pressure regulator.
Please check the CUBE specifications against the requirements of your vehicle to be sure.
Couplings Specifications:
Connection to pump body: 1/8" NPTF tapered thread
Fuel Unions for fuel lines with 8 mm internal diameter
Please use our superior quality PTFE tape each time that you (re-)assemble screwed connections in the fuel tract in order to properly seal the connection.
As an alternative, you can use our Loctite 243 Thread Locker which will offer the added properties of protecting your connections from undoing themselves.
We strongly advise you to secure your fuel lines using our Stainless Steel Jubilee Clips.
When using an electrical fuel pump, we also advise you to equip your vehicle with an Inertia Fuel Cut-Off Switch as a safety precaution.
