Phenolic Spacer for a Solex 32-32 DIDTA carburetor as used on the following BMW automobiles:

• BMW 2002
• BMW 316
• BMW 318
• BMW 320
• BMW 518

This spacer, or isolator if you want, is made from "phenolic resin" and resembles Bakelite.

It is supplied with a top and bottom gasket.

This spacer is situated between the carburetor and the inlet manifold and is intended to prevent engine heat to seep through to the carburetor.

The thickness of the spacer itself is some 4 mm.

Each of the gaskets add some 0.5 mm, making the total package some 5 mm in thickness.

This product is priced and sold as a single unit.
