This is a special fuel pump for vehicles with a 6 Volt electrical system:

BAP 6 Volt Low-Pressure Fuel Pump BAPE8011

Thanks to its low output pressure of between 4.95 PSI / 0.34 Bar and 8 PSI / 0.55 Bar, it usually does not required a pressure regulator but please check your system requirements to make sure.

This kit includes the following:

  • Pump
  • In-line fuel filter
  • Mounting bracket and materials
  • 8 mm inlet and outlet unions with fuel hose and hose clips

Couplings Specifications:
Connection to pump body: 1/8" NPTF tapered thread
Fuel Unions for fuel lines with 8 mm internal diameter

Always operate this pump with the proper filter installed as failure to do so will void the warranty!
Replacement filters can be found HERE.

We also strongly advise the installation of an Inertia Cut-Off Switch if your vehicle is not already equipped with one.

Please use our superior quality PTFE tape each time that you (re-)assemble screwed connections in the fuel tract in order to properly seal the connection.
As an alternative, you can use our Loctite 243 Thread Locker which will offer the added properties of protecting your connections from undoing themselves.

We strongly advise you to secure your fuel lines using our Stainless Steel Jubilee Clips.
