This is a 44 millimeter SECONDARY throttle plate / butterfly valve for a Solex 44 PHH carburetor.

Please note that there are various sizes and angles of he Solex PHH.
These butterfly valves here ONLY fit the secondary shaft of the 44 mm versions.

The edge of this plate has been cut at an seventeen degree angle.
