This is number 13 in the drawing of the Weber DMTR carburetor.

Weber Part Number: 74403

These jets are new production and made from solid brass.
Precision-drilled, they will give and excellent flow-rate.
The size, representing the bore in 1/100th of mm, is usually engraved on the top.
