Suzuki Vitara 1600 Weber Carburettor Conversion Kit.

This is a conversion kit that replaces the aging Aisan carburetor on a 1600 Suzuki Vitara engine.

With this set, the complete carburetor gets replaced with a brand new 2-stage Weber 32/36 DGAV carburetor with water-heated choke and jetted for the Vitara.

The set includes an adapter plate which fits onto the existing inlet manifold and allows the Weber DGAV to be placed on top of that.

The adapter converts the original bolt pattern of 79.5 x 43.5 mm (center to center) into the 93 x 46 mm used by the Weber.

Also included in a cast aluminum inlet plenum and rubber hose which allows a myriad of air filter solutions.

The kit also comprises sundry small parts to complete the conversion and of course instructions in English.

Especially for off-road use, a special needle valve set is included while the carburettor itself comes with a jetting recipe for a standard 1600 Vitara engine.
