Weber DGV Conversion Kit MGB 1800.

This is a complete conversion kit to replace the worn SU carburettors on a 1800cc MG MGB with a brandnew Weber DGV.

This is kit is basically plug & play so you will only require the gasket that fits between the inlet manifold and the cylinder head.

What you see in the picture is what you will get.

Of course the conversion will require a degree of "wrenching capability" if you want to perform the conversion yourself.

A while back an MGB was handed in at Weber to serve as a Guinea Pig which gave the opportunity to put it on a rolling road and figure out the correct "jetting recipe" for the 1800 c.c. engine.

So, this kit is equipped with those jets and should require virtually no tuning other than setting the idle mixture and throttle stop screw to set the idle rpm.
But please bear in mind that all MGB engines are coming of age and that progressive wear might require a little extra tuning to compensate for the wear.
